A long Sunday lunch in the countryside, done properly.
Roasts served the way they should be - dry-aged sirloin of British beef with homemade horseradish, rosemary-roasted West Country lamb, all with Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes and gravy. Start with ham hock terrine and gooseberry chutney; finish, if there's room, with sticky toffee pudding.

At the heart of the afternoon, our Sunday roast. Dry-aged British sirloin, carved pink, with horseradish cream from our kitchen. West Country lamb, slow-roasted with rosemary. Each served simply - Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, vegetables from the season, gravy.

Father's Day Breakfast

Begin Father's Day at the table before the day opens up. Eggs done properly, something from the grill, good bread and butter, and enough on the plate to carry you through whatever the afternoon holds.

Then out into the countryside. The lanes and hills are right on the doorstep, and there's no better way to walk off a good breakfast than with the fields ahead of you and the whole day still to come.

Our Signature Father’s Day Sunday Lunch is brimming with bold flavours and indulgent dishes, served alongside our classic Sunday menu until 5 PM.

Our highlights include homemade mint jelly Dry aged sirloin of British beef, guinness braised featherblade, our special Big Daddy Burger and more.

Fathers dining with us will also receive a complimentary pint or glass of wine upon arrival, because nothing says “Thanks, Dad” like great food and good cheer.
