Join us on May 6th to savour six premium Cotswolds craft gins with bespoke food pairings from a five-course tasting menu, created by our very own Executive Chef.

Hosted by Ellie Gibson from Azu Spirits, this unique blind tasting experience offers an engaging way to explore the amazing diversity and quality of premium local craft gins. From the Spirit of Ilmington’s sweet apple note, Hussingtree’s use of British berries in production to Siblings French 75 cocktail-inspired spirit, see if you can distinguish these local gin’s distinctive characteristics during the blind tasting.

A social event centred on an exploration of flavour and discovering the stories behind the spirits. Each gin will be accompanied by a dish, specially created by Executive Chef, David Brown – chosen to compliment the flavour notes of each gin; truly a memorable dining experience!

Tasting Menu:

-Gin Cured Loch Duart Salmon

-Cucumber, pink grapefruit, sourdough

-Wye Valley Asparagus

-Crispy quail’s egg, duck ham, nettle pesto

-Cotswold Venison

-Loin Burnt apple, celeriac presse, braised chicory

-Truffle cheese on toast

-Rhubarb White chocolate, sea buckthorn

Featuring Oxford Physic Gin, Bath Botanical No1 Gin, Hussingtree Bumbleberry Gin, Capreolus Distillery Garden Swift Gin, Spirit of Ilmington Dry Gin and Sibling French 75 Gin.
