Join us for our Yoga & Brunch workshop. Enjoy a health shot on arrival, followed by an hour’s yoga session in Wild Thyme & Honey with Karen from Inner Temple before settling down for a well deserved brunch on our riverside within our pods and outdoor dining area.

Karen is a dedicated and passionate life- long yoga enthusiast and has over 30 years’ experience in the well-being sector.  She has studied many disciplines of yoga, dance, meditation and breathwork and is also a qualified Shiatsu Practitioner and embodied Integrative Psychotherapist.   She works in a deeply guided and intuitive way to really bring you into your body and you will leave the class feeling more spacious, grounded and connected to yourself.

Yoga means “union” and it is a flowing and grounding practice designed to stoke the inner fire and cleanse both body and mind of the clutter that no longer serve us.  It teaches us to “let go”, filter out distractions and “just be”. We begin to feel freer, less reactive in stressful situations and more at peace within ourselves.

Kundalini Yoga will help to:

Tickets are £35.00pp including the yoga & brunch. Pre-order for brunch required.
